Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Trade Cam ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Trade Cam is a tool for recording, editing, and formatting screen and camera videos. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

You retain ownership of the videos and content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited rights needed to store, process, and display Your Content to operate the Service for you. You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to record and use it.

You agree not to use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, record people without required consent, upload malware, abuse or overload the Service, or attempt to bypass plan limits, access controls, or security.

The Service offers a Free plan and a Paid plan billed monthly at $29.99 through our payment processor, Stripe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your Account page; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan returns to Free at the end of the current period. All payments are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Billing & Refund Policy.

We may issue access codes that unlock Paid features. Codes are for their intended recipients, may be limited or revoked, and may not be resold or shared for commercial gain.

Trade Cam is a recording and content tool. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, or trading advice. Any trading you do is your own decision and risk. We are not liable for your trading outcomes.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recordings/exports will always succeed. Keep your own copies of important content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trade Cam and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost content, profits, or trading losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
