Billing & Refund Policy

Trade Cam Paid is a monthly subscription billed at $29.99 per month through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because you can try the Free plan before paying, please evaluate the product before subscribing.

You can cancel anytime from your Account page. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep Paid access until the end of the current billing period, after which your plan returns to Free. We do not prorate or refund the remaining period.

If you were charged in error or believe there is a genuine billing problem, contact us at support@trade-cam.com and we will review it in good faith.

We may change subscription pricing. Any change applies to future billing periods, and we will give reasonable notice where required.
